Our proprietary matching technology is based on skills, experience and proficiency; allowing job seekers and hiring managers to speak a universal language that is simple and effective. Building a profile or posting a job is fast and easy; job seekers indicate their skills, experience and proficiencies, while hiring managers indicate the required skills, experience, and proficiencies within our specific job categories. We have developed a skills library (questionnaire) for each job category which accurately and comprehensively represents the skills needed for each position.

Our sophisticated, yet user friendly system connects the right candidates with the right hiring managers, automatically and in real time. Our system is built exclusively for job seekers and hiring managers as a tool to make career advancement and team building faster, easier, and more productive.

Our system works privately and securely by allowing candidates to build anonymous profiles without jeopardizing their current employment status. Most people cannot afford their current employer knowing they are on the market for a new job so we do all we can to protect job seeker privacy and security. We also provide the hiring companies privacy and security by not allowing third parties to post jobs, such as: staffing agencies, recruiting firms, or headhunters. In addition, we do not provide the contact information of hiring companies to candidates to avoid unsolicited phone calls to human resources departments.
