| What`s the Starter Kit, how does it work? |
| The starter kit is a low cost, low risk way to try us out for 60 days. You get to post an unlimited number of jobs and receive an unlimited number of qualified/ranked candidates for the next 2 months. The starter kit will help you determine which of our plans will best suit your hiring program. Each company is eligible for the starter kit one time only. |
| What`s the difference between plans? |
| The only difference between plans is the number of jobs you may post. All of our plans work exactly the same; you pay one flat fee, month by month, for all our services. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time. To downgrade you must not have more active jobs posted than the plan allows. If you choose to cancel your account you will not be charged in the future; however, you are responsible for the current charges and we do not pro-rate partial months. |
| Is there a contract or long term commitment? |
| No, The Job Reporter is a month by month, pay as you go service. There are no long term commitments or contracts. If you choose to cancel you will be billed for the month you signed up for, but you won't be charged again and there aren't any termination fees. We do not pro-rate months. If you would like to make a one-time lump sum payment we can accommodate you either over the phone or by sending you an invoice. |
| Are your prices fixed per month or are they based on a per-user fee? |
| We do not charge per-user fees, the price of each program remains the same whether 1 person in your organization is posting jobs or 50 people/managers are posting jobs. The Job Reporter pricing is based on the number of jobs you are posting, not the number of people using it. The more jobs you are posting the better chances are for a wider range of high quality candidates interested in your opportunities to find you more easily, benefiting both your company and your industry's job seekers as a whole. |
| How long does a job posting last, may I change or delete job postings at any time? |
| By default, and for two different reasons, job postings are valid 60 days from the date posted. The first reason: it should never take more than 60 days to find the best qualified candidate for "any" position. The second reason: to provide our users with current information and a user friendly experience. If necessary; you may renew, change, or delete any particular job posting at any time. |
| May I change my plan at any time? |
| Yes, you may change your plan at any time whether you are upgrading, downgrading, or canceling. There are no extra set-up fees, change fees or termination fees. To upgrade simply move up to a new plan so you can post more jobs. To downgrade you must only have the maximum or less number of jobs posted the plan you are downgrading to allows. If you choose to cancel you will only be billed for the month you`re signed up for, but will never be billed again. We do not pro-rate partial months. |
| What types of payments do you accept? Can you invoice us? |
| We accept payments online via secure payment system. Currently, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover cards. We cannot invoice on a monthly basis; however, if you would like to make a payment for 3 months or more in advance we will accommodate you with either an invoice or payment over the phone. Services will begin upon receipt of payment. |

You may post as many jobs as your plan allows at any time within your 30 day billing period, 60 days for the starter kit. We don`t charge per job posting and our matching technology delivers instant results; making it easy and cost effective to post any job, anytime. If you don`t have time to post jobs, simply send us an email with your job descriptions or careers website link and we`ll be happy to post your jobs for you at no extra charge for 60 days. We offer full support to ensure your jobs are posted correctly.

Candidate ranking
What is candidate ranking?
The Job Reporter’s matching technology also ranks candidates based on the percentage of skills and experience a candidate possesses verses the specific skills and experience your job requires. For example; a qualified candidate for your job may possess 87% (or any percentage) of the skills and experience your job description requires.
Resume delivery
The instant you submit a new job posting or the moment a newly qualified candidate enters the system; the qualified candidate’s resume, percentage matched result, and contact information is sent directly to your email address, as well as your Job Reporter account.
Applicant Tracking
Your Job Reporter account includes useful applicant tracking, note taking, and reporting tools. You can take notes on candidates, accept or reject them, shedule interviews, measure job posting results, and build reports all within your Job Reporter account.
Web-based account
Your account at The Job Reporter is web-based. There is no hardware to install, no software to download, or system maintenance to perform. You and any of your authorized staff members may log in from any computer to access results or post jobs. Our system will work seamlessly with your existing ATS or HRIS systems.
Featured hiring company
Signing up for any plan includes “featured hiring company” status on our homepage and other industry pages throughout The Job Reporter website; immediately exposing your jobs to highly relevant audiences interested in your job openings.
